How can I place an order?
To place an order, add all items to your shopping cart, and then proceed to your shopping cart.
Review your order to ensure everything is correct and click on "Proceed to Check out."
Log in or enter your personal details. Choose your shipping and payment methods, then click on "Pay."
You will receive an order confirmation.
I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do?
If the payment has been deducted from your account, it's possible that the email has ended up in your spam folder. Please check this first! If you still can't find it, we would be happy to assist you. Send an email to email@example.com.
I entered the wrong address or want to cancel/change my order. What should I do?
- Wrong address:Contact us as soon as possible and have your order number ready. If your order has not been handed over to the postal carrier yet, we can check what we can do for you. If your package has already been handed over, unfortunately, we can no longer change the address for this order. In the case of an incorrectly filled address, your order will be returned to us. Once we receive it, we will update the address and resend it immediately!
- Cancelling an order: Contact us as soon as possible and have your order number ready. We will do our best to cancel the order for you.
- Changing an order: Once the order has been processed, it is no longer possible to make changes to your order.
What shipping options are available?
We ship our items with Post NL. Check the price for your destination at our checkout.
Additionally, you can choose to pick up your webshop order for free at a store of your choice. During the ordering process, select 'in-store pickup.' We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup. Don't forget to bring a valid identification.
What is the delivery time of my order?
If you place your order before 17:00 PM, your order will be handed over to your chosen postal courier for shipment.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched from the distribution center, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing the track & trace code for your order. You can use this code to track your order after it has been picked up by the postal carrier. If you've chosen delivery to a store, you will receive a pickup receipt when your order is ready for collection.
Sometimes, your order may be sent in multiple packages, and the remaining part of your order will be delivered later. In such cases, you will receive two Track&Trace codes. If this is not the case and your order is incomplete, please contact us.
What payment options are available?
You can pay using iDEAL, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or with a gift card.
How can I pay with a gift card?
You can use The Club République gift card to pay for your online order. You can do this at the final step ("How do you want to pay?") during the checkout process. If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using one of the above-mentioned payment methods. If the amount to be paid is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will remain on your gift card. Please note that this is a different field than the one used for entering a discount code. Once you have entered the gift card code, you will also be able to see the remaining balance on your gift card.
How can I use my discount code?
If you have a discount code, you can use it (partially) for payment by entering the code in your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout. If you wish to stay informed about our promotions, follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our newsletter.
My discount code or gift card is not working. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible and have your discount code, gift card number, and (if available) order number ready. We will promptly investigate the issue and assist you with resolving it.
Can I return an online order in a store?
Yes, you can. You can return your (online) order at one of our stores within 14 days from the date of purchase, along with the return form and attached labels. The items must be returned unworn and undamaged. Your return will be processed as an online return so you will receive your refund within 14 days.
Can I return an in-store purchase via the online shop?
No, unfortunately, this is not possible.
How does the refund process work for online returns?
After your return has been processed, you will receive an email. Once your return meets the return conditions, we will proceed with a refund of the purchase amount within 14 days.
How does a gift card refund work?
If you paid for your order with a gift card, the amount will be refunded to the gift card. Please keep the gift card safe. If you have discarded it, please contact us.
What are the return conditions?
Unworn items can be returned (with attached labels) within 14 days from the date of purchase, via your chosen postal courier or in-store.
What are the return costs?
Customers are responsible for both sending the return orders back to our address and covering the associated costs. You can return your package to the following address:

Returning in our Utrecht store is free of charge. It is not possible to return your package in our store in Amsterdam.
Can I exchange items?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items for a different size or a different item. If you still want to receive a different size or item, we recommend returning your purchase. Once your return meets the return conditions, we will proceed with a refund of the purchase amount. You can place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
If you have any complaints, you can always visit a physical store near you with your complaint, along with the return form or receipt. If you have a complaint about an online order, you can also report it via firstname.lastname@example.org, including your order number.
